(“HAHN“) is committed to protecting your personal information. personal information is any information that identifies you as an individual and includes information such as your name, address, age, gender, income, marital status, finances, and employment, trading history, your social insurance number.
How HAHN uses your personal information
HAHN uses your personal information to provide you with information on its financial services and products and to send you materials that we are required to provide to you for regulatory purposes. Examples of such materials include financial statements and notices of client meetings.
HAHN does not sell lists or your personal information.

Personal Information may be disclosed to SROs and used and disclosed by SROs for regulatory purposes, including surveillance of trading-related activity, sales and financial compliance, investigation of potential regulatory and statutory violations, regulatory databases, enforcement or disciplinary proceedings. |

When does HAHN release personal information?
HAHN does not release personal information about you to anyone other than as described herein, unless you request or authorize it, or if the information is provided to complete a transaction initiated by you or if HAHN is required by law to disclose the information.
How do I keep my personal information accurate?
HAHN will try to ensure that the personal information collected and used is accurate and, where necessary, updated. You have the right to ask HAHN to correct any inaccurate information about you in HAHN’s possession.
How long does HAHN retain personal information?
